Hey Girls! Emelie and Marissa here!
To tell you the truth, we are simply giddy about what we are about to share with you! This blog is something we have dreamed about for the last year!
During our early teen years, we dreamed of actually dressing trendy, yet modestly, but never could quite grasp the whole concept of matching and fitting pieces together. Through much trial and error we have finally grasped a “small corner of the quilt” so to speak. We can’t tell you how many times that as younger girls, we would see a girl/lady in town and wish with all our hearts that we could look THAT classy. However, when we did shop the racks of trendy stores we nearly fainted at the price tag! It was quite discouraging! Was it possible to dress trendy and cute without breaking the bank? The answer is most assuredly yes!
Our Mom was a huge help at this point. She is a pro at finding deals and sales at local retail stores! She taught us how to shop frugally! Finally, as the years dragged by we realized just how easy and fun mixing pieces from different trends could be. Eventually, with a little practice, we started to get kinda good at it. We truly enjoyed it and began receiving many comments on our outfit choices. So we decided we wanted to share our joy with other girls.

After thinking it over for some time and discussing it with our parents, we landed on the idea of creating a blog strictly for our fashion creations that we wanted to sell. We are real blog gurus (always blogging about something). So, we designed our blog, which took only a day, (I told you we are blogging gurus) and then hit the stores! Our dear parents were kind enough to provide investment capital to get started. (Bonus Mother’s & Father’s Day points!) We shopped for two days straight and came home burdened with many bags filled with colorful items. Our only problem now, is trying not to keep it all for ourselves! (It’s harder than you may think!) So, have fun perusing the racks of our little virtual store. Find something you can’t live without? We will have it wrapped up and shipped to your door before you can say “Its all mine, girls”.
